This is a great place to do business with, very friendly employees and great customer service. I've been doing business with them for at least 6 year's and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had called up one day to ask if they take toasters as a pawn and the lady on the phone said yes. I get there telling the lady helping me out that I wanted to pawn my toaster and television for a couple days. She said I could and that I could get them back. I go up there with cash in my hand and they said I had sold my items to them, which I clearly did not. So now I have to be even lucky enough that I can get my stuff back before its gone. Plus, when I was explaining how there was a mix up and my items were not meant to be sold, they all were being extremely rude and unprofessional. Laughing at me while I walked out. I will never walk foot in this place again.
terrible customer service. called ahead to see if i could buy some of their broken items from them. they said yeah. i came in and was told i wasnt allowed to because it wasnt close enough to the end of the month. will never set foot in this location again.
