First time I went it was a great experience the young man in there was super helpful and nice. I came into today and “Kathy” was working and she was so rude and condescending and made sure she mentioned she’s been with the company twelve years and didn’t know why my past experiences with other employees involved them “not doing their job”. Ive probably left two reviews my whole life and I had to make sure to review this place solely for the purpose of just because you have an employee that’s loyal to the company doesn’t mean their great employees. Maybe you guys she do some more training on customer service and allow some trust between client and customer and not everyone is trying to bounce checks and be fraudulent. Won’t be coming back lol.
If you get a cash advance at this place, be sure to pay back, because if you run into difficulty as I have the people they hire for debt collection have no issue with calling everyone they can and harass them. I'm not talking about reference you give them, they will track down your family members and harass them DAILY. Pretty sure that's illegal!

So I'm trying to cash a check this morning. The last time I come I didn't have any issues. Today I come in and it takes forever because the poor girl can't find an RA to do whatever needs to be done. Maybe schedule some earlier in the day or hire more so that customer's wait time isn't so long and you employees aren't embarrassed and overstressed.
