Came in at 6:45 p.m. The women in there told me they already shut the system down and would not turn it back on for me. This is after I called and asked if they bought a certain item, to which they replied yes. The girls in there are disrespectful and rude and have an attitude every time I speak to them. Hate dealing with this place when the location in Newark is the polar opposite.
I have been dealing with cashland for sometime now and have never had any problems .The workers there have always been nice and helpful to me.I will continue doing buissness with them.
Do not go here. They will turn you down for items that work perfectly fine. The girls that work the counter clearly hate their job (who wouldn't) and treat "customers" accordingly. If you come to pawn something, you will be met with teenage attitude (from grown women named Isabelle and Alexis) and be treated like you are less than. Nick was the best employee they had. He had respect unlike these ladies. But according to the women mentioned above, they have "all new people and all new policies." Their attitude towards customers is disgusting.
