At first were very accommodating but then basically jerked me around, didn't explain things thoroughly unless I asked directly, dodged my phone calls and emails after taking my money and not doing much for me. I feel like I wasn't taken seriously or helped very much (maybe because I am young, not sure) but they were all too happy to take my money and not explain to me why they took my money for doing basically nothing for me :) I get that services rendered need payed for but when a company directly ignores me asking for an explanation 3 times (when the services rendered were very poor), I feel wronged and even scammed. Will not be going back here when I am in need of lending.
We had a great experience working with Elaine Armstrong to set up a mortgage for our new home. Elaine was very responsive and made sure our closing went as planned.
Failure to respond to my concerns is yet another reason for my one star review. If you ever contact me, as I requested, we could further discuss my disappointments.
This is a horrible bank!!! Did a blanket loan at their suggestion as I owned 80% of a house I was selling. Bought a new house and they were converting the loan from blanket to Arm once my property sold and then told me they would convert that to a conventional....They recorded me as a late payment during the rollover AFTER they told me I didn't need to make the payment because the loan was converting. THEN they told me they wouldn't convert me out of the ARM to a conventional because "I missed a payment!!!!!". I have great credit and am working on refinancing now with another bank but it's so frustrating to have to spend so much time on the process. They screwed us around to lock me into the loan they wanted me to have. Not staying with them!!! Beware!
