It's a pawnshop that I occasionally check for used tools. They sometimes have decent prices but sometimes you are better off buying new.
Ive tried to call multiple times, several different days and never can get someone to pick up the phone. How am i supposed to get my questions answered when i cant even get customer service?
They offered my husband 3 times the amount for an item. Not a place for females to conduct business fairly.
Not enough choices. High on resells
Worst customer service. Don't know if the lady was racist or just didn't feel like serving my mom and I because she was having a bad day (or both). My mom and I was hoping to get a loan for my moms 18K gold necklace (we loaned this necklace twice in California and got $1,000) and she offered us $200 because according to her, (these are her exact words) "the value of gold is going down." WHAT A RIP OFF!!! Don't waste your time doing business here.
