The representative B. (I won’t put his name out there) I dealt with was rude and disheveled to say the least. He yelled out my balance to my loan with the office being full of people. I’m a private person and do not like people in my business so this was beyond annoying. I asked him to lower his voice and use some discretion but this seemed to irritate him and he had the nerve to say everyone could hear anyway. It was totally low class. I would strongly suggest training your staff to be more sensitive to people who really don’t want to use your service but may need to. I am done with them after this loan is paid off, and could kick myself for even have to use them. For all users if you can get ahold of a traditional loan I suggest you do, just look at the majority of their reviews.
I went in to talk about lease buyout options and representative Steven Pitts was available to talk. He made me feel like I was bothering him just by being there. He didn’t seem to know what a lease buyout was. Honestly I’m still unsure if they even do car loans at all- I kept getting the runaround. He brushed off my questions then got frustrated that I wouldn’t answer his questions (that were clearly trying to lead me to a bigger personal loan which I stated multiple times I wasn’t interested in). The questions he was asking demonstrated that he wasn’t listening to a word I said. He clearly only cared about getting the biggest commission he could. He also put his personal phone number on the back of his card advertising his side business. Overall the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
Paid off loan over a year ago and went to trade in my car (used for collateral) and One Main Financial still has a lien on my vehicle. I call and wait on hold and still don't have issue resolved. Ridiculous.

Very competent, very pleasant, made it possible for me to get my dentures fixed after having pain for almost a year! I really liked the detail but thought more of the background paper work would have been completed before I came in!
