I went in there this morning because my money was going to the wrong card. She said they was suppose to switch the old card to the new 1 I got. That didn't happen at all. She took good care of me even though she was on the phone for 15 minutes to try to figure out what was going on. With all that being said and done she went above and beyond to make sure my direct deposit will go where it should . Whoever she was talking to also said she'll make sure everything will be ok If I had to give stars they both will get a 10+ Thanks ladies
Too high of criteria for the area they moved to will not make it too far in Coshocton county.
I have a 5 star review of this place personally, I had great customer service even though I had to go back several times because they needed specific info to be able to help me get a loan, they did there very best and I highly recommend them just be ware you will need a lot of info so call first and try to get a heads up on what's needed for a loan. Thanks to the staff.
The staff is very rude i go in there to apply for a loan I hand the lady my id and my banking info so then she informed to me that she needed more stuff from my bank so im like ok im gonna go to my bank to get the other paperwork, so then I ask her for my id and she says did you give it to me and Im like yes I did. She then calls me a liar and stats I never gave her my id so i ask her to review the cameras because I know what I gave her,so the district manager literally only spends 2 minutes and says she all you gave her was papers. I tell her no I didn't. Now mind you the lady walked away down the the row and everything but not one time did she go down there and check all they did was check the printers and the desk where I was. So then I ask for corporate number and call them they inform me that there is nothing they can do yes im mad because what can you do without a id. Freedom is very rude her customer service skills suck everytime I come in here she has an attitude and I'm really contacting legal aid about this and when its found either their going to call me or they will throw it away like they never found it. But we will get to the bottom of this because they will be able to review the cameras and when they see I wasnt lying I will sue check smart.
