Simone was very helpful in processing my application... 10/28/19 I don't know how this original post was achieved, but I NEVER submitted a review for Check n Go. I didn't have the correct banking verification. Therefore, my loan request was NEVER submitted or processed. I was told we couldn't even see if I qualified for a loan without the requested documentation. So I left the office headed for my bank. Yet, when I arrived at my bank-- the wait was more than I chose to endure-- so I left the bank & never returned to Check n GO. The associate at Check n Go was kind- no argument there. But I did not know her name, & therefore I did not write that review. Thus, in the future, I would greatly appreciate my name not being used in any matters involving deceit

Barely greeted me. No smile. Minimal conversation or explanation of what was going on. Talking about other customers while I sat and waited. The lady was very extra and talked very bad about customers, telling very personal things. Saying they were crazy and need mental health checks. Talking to guy preparing my stuff about other customers business. People fall on hard times and sometimes have no other choice but to go to these places. I really felt some way as I sat there and waited to see if I was approved or not. I’m a single mom and this was a last resort for me as I had a unexpected expense come up before pay day. And I am far from crazy. Very well educated and lots of experience but unfortunately life can happen for anybody at any time. That young lady needs a talking to about customer service and etiquette.
