I have been coming to this place for years because it’s 24 hours and I work the graveyard shift. This place as if recently (90 days) customer service is horrible the girl at night time is very lazy every time I come in there if it is to do anything she has an excuse y it can’t be done 4 days in a row last week she told me I couldn’t pay a bill there machines were down but when I called in the morning at 9 a.m person on the phone said the machine were working fine then tonight I tried to cash a check she said it was impossible because they can’t verify the check but if that’s the case y be a 24 hour check cashing place they really need to do something with her cause she is definitely sour
The women there are truly hard workers. They remain professional even when the lines are long. I have been going here for years and I truly have no complaints. There are a few new faces there but they are learning very quickly. Us customers need to practice patience and give these women 5stars for their hard work and professionalism.
I will recommend Pls to everyone! When I walked in there were so welcoming not like a normal check cashing place. Incredible customer service. I didnt even have to wait in line long. It’s very hard to get service like this these .They nailed it! Thanks PLS for overall best experience
Everytime i go there its a song and dance. Im always told i have to come back after 9 a.m. apparently the people that work evening/early morning shift cant do or verify certain things, which defeats the purpose of having a 24 hr check cashing servuce. Im done
The customer service is terrible. The supervisor has a terrible attitude. On this particular evening I was there. Customer was inside cashing a check. Two goons came in off the street started beating the customer up. They pulled the customer outside and stabbed him 4 times. Workers never called police or ambulance. They blew it off like no big deal. I called police and stayed with the victim until help can. Don't go to this location if you don't want to be robbed. I went back the next Friday to cash my check about 6am. The worker told me that she is not supposed to cash my check because it's too late to verify it. If I go over to McDonald's and buy her a steak bagel she would cash it. So there bribing you now in order to cash you check smmh.
