Whatever u do do not bank with this credit union ... I had money taken out my account and because the company had debit out my account before they continued to let the company rip me off... Also policy to spend ur own money is crazy .... I repeat stay away from this credit union
I use to recommend this credit union to everyone now I pray they don’t or didn’t go here. I used to love the way they knew your name when you walked in the door but that’s just not enough. I’ve been with them for a long time had A LOT of money come through there and even boosted my credit while a customer and yet still can’t get approved for any type of loan. I can get a loan elsewhere but just not here. So I guess that’s where all my money should be. Also I had a dispute with a purchase it’s been 3 weeks not information no call and no money. Fraud on my debit card they tell me I have to eat it because it’s under 50$ but they are aware that it was fraud. That’s my hard earned money we are talking about. They don’t care. It’s ridiculous. I’ve never been this unhappy with a bank I’m going to the bbb as well.
I have had my account here since i was 3 years old Im always taken care of and would recommend this credit union to anyone. after reading these other reviews I believe that it is more customer being wrong than this place not doing their jobs. i have never had a single problem with emerald and know tons of people that feel the same way!
I have been with this bank a couple of years now, I’m so disappointed in them. I will be closing this account when they make a mistake on their end they take forever to fix it nobody gets back in touch with you when they’re suppose to I have been waiting 3 weeks now to get refunded my money and still nothing supposedly waiting on whoever Jeff is to contact me haven’t heard from him.
