Just received a phone call. (Please keep in mind when I answer my phone it is with the proper business etiquette because my phone is used for my job)..."hello, this is Shelly" I say. The female says "wrong number". I ask "can I help you??" She says with an arrogant tone..."no, just wrong number" and hangs up. I thought to myself...wow really ignorant...who was that? So I google the number to find out who it was and since she had left a previous message I knew her name. Now if you are calling for someone and you are from a business, wouldn't you say "I do apologize for the inconvenience, this is Chrystal from ACE Cash Express and I am looking for James and this is the number that was provided" or something along those lines?? I guess my point is, if you are not going to represent your business as a professional, don't bother other people with your ignorance.
