I went to this location in East Cleveland to cash my check today. The cashier (Latika) did not count my cash aloud nor did she present the money in front of me as she was counting it so that I could keep check. When she handed me the cash, I started counting it and as I began she gave me bad attitude and asked me to move over to the next register to count it. I replied to her how will she know if I counted correctly if we're not counting this together. She goes "I can see you". I count the money and it was two hundreds dollars short. I asked my Fiance' to recount it and indeed it was short by a whopping two hundred dollars. I told the cashier that it was two hundred dollars short, she then preceded to hand me the two hundred dollars twenty three minutes later, without even recounting the first amount. I cash my check here often and I never experienced this. I don't see myself going to this location again after receiving such bad customer service.
Mrs. Lee is very knowledgeable about her company. She is kind and delivers excellent customer service. I was very impressed. Thank You Mrs. Lee!!!!!
