Are there any humans that work here and if so, how in the world does one get ahold of them?
Customer service is non-existent and i work in the field, so i would know what customer service is. They cant send an email but they can fax and snail mail. Its 2019 Regional should have email capabilities, it should NOT take 48 hours to send a fax. I do it all of the time and it literally should take 5 mins tops. Also, i have made every payment on time....These guys suck and only want to stroke you on the interest rate. Cant get refinanced fast enough!
My wife is a co signer for 2013 Dodge Dart in 2012 her mom has paid on this car still owes over 18k after 7 years she is 3 months late they will not come get the car & they keep harrassing my wife with calls we told them to quit calling us & to come get the car they said need both parties to come repo it but... keep harrassing us I've spoken with a lawyer so keep calling us we are keeping your calls if you do not stop expect a lawsuit & we'll win
Please don't go with Regional Acceptance because they don't try to work with you. The workers are not pleasant. but rude. They called me throughout the night late as 10 pm. My other billers will work with me but not this company. They don't know what is like to struggle trying to pay bills. I'm not not paying my bills intentionally but it happens. My child needs to eat and I have other bills to pay If I knew I was going to be treating like this I would not have sign up with them. This company is extremely bad listen what I'm saying. If this company is financing your car, STOP BEING WITH THEM THERE NO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have called several times regarding my account, to set up payments, ask questions, ect.. I always have such an amazing experience when talking to someone. If you're attentive to your account and responsible they are extremely flexible and helpful.
