Great Customer Service. This is my second vehicle purchase from them. I had some mechanical issues and they got right on it! As of right now!!! I'm satisfied and would suggest them as an option to acquire a vehicle.
The account representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional! I was told I made my last payment last month and now all of a sudden I have a payment due. Called to explain the issue, had one rep that was rude and requested to speak to another one. In which that one HUNG UP ON ME in the middle of me explaining the issue. Terrible customer service, terrible company! Will never go through them again!

Amanda from PFSC made a calculation error on my account so I called to verify about my payments. She then confirmed her mistake and proceeded to tell me I need to make the payment after already making a double payment, which I thought was the correct payment since I paid that same amount last time. I asked her where the $27 came from and she said from late fees then changed it after I stated late fees where already included in the payment from the last time we talked. She then changed the subject about my insurance not being on file and that I needed to pay an additional $41 even though my insurance has never changed. She never said that she would fix her mistake or see what she can do to help me with her causing the misunderstanding due to her mistake , she basically wanted me to pay everything right then to cover herself. Very inconsiderate and selfish of her. She must have thought I don’t pay attention to errors like this and would have given her what she needed to keep her out of hot water. Not professional what so ever.
Great strides have been made by this company to appease me as a customer and I really appreciate it. My account manager, Angela, had been patient with me and had really gone above and beyond for me.
