You guys are definitely deserving of the tons of bad reviews about your shop but obviously don't care considering the staff was rude as hell so I'm assuming it was the same for all these other people. Maybe you should consider changing that or at least consider giving them some pointers on good customer service .
Couldn’t even answer the phone ♂️ Don’t waste your time dealing with them
This is the worst pawn shop in the city in my opinion. I believe that some of the staff take advantage of people just trying to get a loan and they don't care about the customers. Look at all the bad reviews. I have told many people about my experience here and I would say to take your business to another pawn shop. Corporate office needs to look at this location.
