I am retired my social security benefits are deposited on a bank card for the u.s. government a bank they deal with I needed some extra cash because if something unforeseen to came up made the call First oh yeah sure we can do that not sure what the rate would be because we deal with different institutions whole different story when I got there my credit rating is about 775 most things I've bought I've paid cash for it over the years which I guess maybe detrimental I wasted my time and was just about out of gas in my car to drive there which kind of irritated me things are said on the phone to get you in the door little concern for somebody situation what if I would have had to arrange a ride and get dropped off feeling certain I would have some cash and could have gotten the local bus back not that that's the case but just an example I explained my situation I have a funeral to go to out of town we had a kitchen fire and I needed to buy some clothes to wear the lady was real understanding and I know it's beyond her control I'm sure if it was her decision she would have helped me any way possible but Ace as a company sucks I would never recommend this to anybody there is a bank that's Social Security deals with it's on the card the name of it is Comm e r c i a bank I also brought in a statement of my benefits proper driver's license like a lot of other things in this country retired people disabled people and so on are at the bottom and almost impossible get any kind of help I will be talking to one of the local television stations about this so other people can avoid this sometimes I think people that are in charge need to walk a mile in our shoes there will probably be a lot of changes places like Ace leave people with a very bad impression am I retired Union boilermaker they're not going to look favorably on this either don't tell people on the phone you will be able to help them after it's been explained to them in exact words and terms waste of time a trip and in my case and it usually doesn't happen not much fuel in my vehicle it sounded real promising and I had the perfect storm of things that fell into place to create my situation and then this experience just added to it the icing on the cake as it were
