Their service is very slow. They have 2 automated tellers/personal experience representative machines and I was waiting in front of them for 15 minutes waiting for a live representative. Not very efficient! Don't waste your time if you don't have one to spare.
Nice people and fast service.
Location is great, and the speed of service is great. However, in terms of customer service, my experience at this location has always been underwhelming. The workers are never rude per se, but they always seem standoffish and borderline annoyed. Case in point: last time I was there, I asked where a trash can was to throw away my ATM receipt securely, and one of the ladies looked at me as if I had three heads before telling me. I think some of this could be because every time I've come in there, I'm wearing an old hoodie, so maybe they think I'm poor or something. I don't know. Not awful, but disappointing.
It’s a great little branch, and is very conveniently located for people in the Bellbrook/Sugarcreek area. Staff are friendly and helpful, and are generally able to tackle any problem brought before them. Outside they have a drive-up ATM and drive-up Personal Teller Machine (PTM) that are both well covered and at the far end of the building (do not too much traffic nearby). Unfortunately, as this is a smaller branch, they can’t do everything. Having the new PTMs is convenient for general needs, but more specialized services require a trip to the (still relatively close) Cross Pointe Center branch. And while the branch itself is in a good location, the layout of the plaza is a little strange, as you have to cross traffic coming out of the Costco gas station. Overall, a great branch for most needs, just limited by size and layout of the plaza.
They always help me with any and everything that I need the "Best WPCU", that I ever vist and I have been to alot of them. I am so glad you all put one near the Centerville/Kettering/Sugarcreek Twp/Bellbrook line.
