11/18/2019 This bank is a RIP off! I had a 7yr car loan through them and I decided to pay it off 2 months early and the woman in the bank told me my total, not bothering to tell me that included a $50.00 fee for paying it off early. Apparently I'm supposed to memorize the loan for 7 years and then after I paid it off Westfield took another payment out and didn't give me a full refund. They said its interest it doesn't matter you paid it all before the automatic payment came out! What a load of crock! 12/09/2019 As an update, NO ONE ever contacted me like the comment below said they would.
The worst bank in the world. Keeps shutting card down for no reason and never notifies me. Deposited a check into my husband's account. Lied to me and hung up on me when I asked why my account has been temporarily shut down . No one to talk to in a Sunday. Can't use card in Mexico. Terrible!!
Really nice staff overall. Julie Vega also helped me get my home loan and she is amazing, I would recommend her for anyone!
