So they couldnt even tell me what the lender was gonna charge me for intrest ... Trued to borrow 300 check smart was gonna charge 30 bucks so total payback was 330 right ... Nope i was gonna be charged by the lender another intrest rate which the girl had no idea how much ... So i pay 330 plus what 10 bucks 150 bucks ... She didnt have a clue ... This place is a scam that sets people up for failure and debt a despicable place period
The girls here are VERY disrespectful, they will try and get all in your business asking how you make your money. For example I was going here often to cash my checks which have ALWAYS cleared with no problems at all and one of the women came up to me and asked how I make this money. I told her that o work for this person and he paid me to work out in the field. She said "Yeah right how can you work in the field pregnant".. I said "I am NOT pregnant, my baby died inside me a few months back.. He was still born." She said oh and told the girl to cash my check. Then the last time I go they wouldn't cash my check without being able to verify the funds even though the last check for 2200 cleared with no problems along with every check before that one. The only one that deserves to work there is Kim. She's the only one that is nice and trys to help you in any way possible. Other than her, most if not all of them need to be fired. I'm thinking of calling the corporate office or something along those lines.
I have been with checks mart for over a year, I get direct deposit from the government and do my banking there, I switched to the branch on tusc because its close to me and they are open on subdays, the only reason I go there is because of their new manager Brittney, when she of mike are not that that places sucks big time, the rest of the workers there are very rude and disrespectful, some need to be fired, I am calling corporate today, because I got there 3 min before closing yesterday and the woman locked the door on me and told me to leave, very unprofessional
COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL SERVICES AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY MOUTHY AND LAZY!!!!!!!
