I think its important to recognize great service. I had the pleasure of being helped by Adasia today. I made sure I knew her name before I left, because the acknowledge is greatly deserved. I was dealing with a very stressful situation and she made my dealings with this company go smooth, even with her multi tasking. Seeing her help others as well I can tell she is very genuine.
