Staff is friendly and helpful. It's just too expensive to get a loan from them. Ohio has changed laws though and it's set up a different way now but I don't fully understand it so I won't comment on it. Staff is cool though and they will explain things to you if you need them to.
Extremely rude custom service!!!! I wasn't in there for more then 3 minutes inquiring about a loan only to have to deal with a rude individual with a bad attitude. Every question I asked about the process was answered with a snappy rude answer. I'll take my business elsewhere!!
Extremly rude enviromemt. The lady that "helped" me was very rude and assuming. apparently a payroll check from the federal goverment isnt real and they need a number to call and verify. wasted 15 mins of my time because I should have brought my pay stub. thats private info. im not applying for a loan just trying to cash my check.
There is one worker there who is amazing any other time takes hours
