They are incredible. They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that another bank caused. Would highly recommend. Dylan was super helpful.
Called as i was pulling in and it went to their voicemail.....Manger was busy and no one else could help me she said.....she bagan telling me i should go to Starbucks and come back.....maybe he wont be busy when i get back.....i said no did not want to go there....she then suggested i go have lunch! And he'll call me when he can see me.....i asked her about going into vm when i called.....she said it was bc everyone was busy with customers......i said oh, it was as i was pulling in 2 minutes before i walked in....she looked me in the eyes and lied and said yeah......we were all busy.....no one was with anyone when i walked in except the manager not even the 1 teller.....this girl had on black legging pants with a shirt a little lower than her waist....i walked out with a complete opinion of "Unprofessional" for a bank......kinda check cashy/payday joint feel to the place......I left and called another location and the manager answered my questions over the phone!
This is hands down my favorite bank, they take banking to a whole new personal level, from the minute you walk in the door!
This is the worst huntington bank I've ever been to. Any time I've ever been there, the service was horrible, and left to go to a different huntington.
