I wish I could give them negative stars when I took a loan out on my jewelry and when I went to get it back I realized they almost cut my gold rope in half taking a sample then didn’t tell me they were going to acid test it . I bought my jewelry at the jeweler and now I have to buy another rope for my pendent because it’s really close to breaking and is all discolored. They had four other gold rope chains in the display and didn’t even offer to try to make it right . Do not pawn here go somewhere professional

I had recently purchased some items and returned them the same day. The items were fine just not exactly what I wanted. Day three had came since I made my return and the money was still not on my card. I returned to cashland in hopes to get help to my problem. A cashier named Becky who I think was the manager did not hesitate to help. She was on the phone for maybe forty five minutes to an hour until the money was back on my card.
