Never in my life have I had so many problems at a TCF branch. They definitely do not have their A Squad on here. I went in for a simple name and address change on my accounts and I now have to go back in for the THIRD time to deal with their mistakes in handling my accounts, debit cards and checks. You would think this should be a pretty simple change, apparently not. One last chance to fix this or I'm pulling my accounts and going to US Bank or a credit union. Stay tuned...
Worst bank I've ever dealt with. They have one of the worst customer services I've ever experienced. A check that was deposited to my account was put on hold and they never told me why. It's been over a month, my bank account is negative and I can't spend any money. I call almost every day and they keep saying "wait 2 weeks" even though I've signed the check endorsement form 3 times. Yes, 3 times in the last month. Some of the customer reps have no idea how to help so they end up putting me on hold for a long period of time just to tell me, "sorry sir I don't know what's wrong." or "please just a wait a few weeks." First they tell me to wait a few days then a few weeks and now it's been over a month. What a joke.
The drive-up ATM at this location is very convenient as well as the after-hours withdrawal machine outside. I have always experienced helpful customer service at this location and they have helped me be in and out quickly. Overall a good experience!
Previous 1 star review. I got a call from a supervisor and worked with a manager at this branch about a problem with one of my accounts I was having, they were very helpful and fixed my problem right away!
There was an African American girl there that assisted me with a bank deposit today and she was not friendly at all.
