Been a member for about 5 or 6 years. Absolutely love their customer service. I recommend them to anyone.
I kept my account open when I moved to Minneapolis for almost 6 years. When I moved back to Winona, I walked into the door to find they still knew me by first name. Please ignore any bad review you read from impatient individuals about this bank. I have never once in my over 8 years of banking with affinity Winona has a bad experience. They truly care about their customers in a way no other bank has in my personal experience. I highly recommend them.
I've only had one issue at the winona location and always friendly service! The ladies and Bob are great!
