I’ve been visiting this store for a while now and I must say the customer service of Daisy, Kevin and Trish have been amazing. Every time I come in Daisy is multitasking yet makes time to help me with questions and treats me as a valued customer. Kevin and Trish I’ve met a few times and each time they have been very customer service driven even when it’s very busy. I feel like I get first class service, hence I keep coming back. Keep up the great work guys!
WARNING: NEW LOCATION. This pawn America is now on Robert st shopping center across the st from Kane’s restaurant. They didn’t have time to change the address on google. But you can miss it. It is next to UPS Awesome people. I bought a big speaker set. But the test station did not work. It was final sell so I couldn’t return it even if it didn’t work. But ohhh no worry’s the manager was so awesome she insisted on giving me 24 hours to set it up and test it on my own, if it didn’t work I could bring it back. Which I didn’t have too. Thank you guys my truck sounds like a beauty now. This pawn America is by far the best location. Awesome staff. Helpful and really are for their customers. So if your buying, selling or even just want to look around for a gift for someone. This is the place to go. KEEP ROCKING ON GUYS!!!

I came here a week ago in need of a ps4 controller and I got a really good deal. This store is perfect for stuff like that. Customer service is awesome too! A nice lady named daisy was very familiar with what I was trying to find and it wasn’t a hassle. Very helpful
I made a purchase earlier this week from them via (Big Auction/Sales site) and received my items quickly and so well packed for the fragile items that many of the larger electronics companies could learn a thing or three. (I've had to return a few because of broken items due to poor packaging in the shipment, wasting everyone's time and money, too.) But that isn't what prompted me to leave a 5 star review. I found some personal property inside my purchase and reached out to the store on how I should handle the situation to return it to the rightful owner. Kyle, whom I've never met, has gone above and beyond answering emails quickly on how I should return the item to the store for their other customer as well as working with management to get the item returned to the rightful owner. I said I would mail them the item tomorrow so they could have it next week and see about returning said item. What surprised me greatly was that they offered to reimburse the postage for the item to be returned - which was unnecessary but highly appreciated nonetheless. Yes I am raving because of the service which in a small business is what makes it stand apart from the rest. Kyle is an asset for them and I hope he continues to be so helpful. Oh and the item purchased? They saved me probably half the cost of new - and considering what it was, was exceptional savings. So if you get a chance, give them a look-up or stop in.
