Came last week to cash my check, they asked for my Drivers License, suddenly today, they said I needed to show a second proof of ID(passport) etc. this is the closest one, they suddenly had a policy change implemented 2 months ago but just changed today!? They had great customer services but today they were horrible! Wrong staff working today?! Then they said I should open an account that way I’ll only need my drivers license as proof and it’ll be verified! WTH taking my banking business elsewhere!
I ABSOLUTELY love bank of america for my bank the management and staff team are amazing glad to be back with a Bank that care for and appricaites their customers would definitely recommend to anyone check them out you wont be disappointed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The staffs are so slow, especially Neelima. There’s only me in line and a guy in the counter and it took almost 15 minutes just to get to me. The manager should’ve sent someone to help but didn’t. Very bad!
