I try to avoid having to use this particular branch. They are both difficult and rude. This has to be a manager issue to be so pervasive at this location. I advise anyone who wants a better customer service experience than they are capable of providing on the hill, to direct their business to the downtown Stillwater branch of USB. The downtown Stillwater USB branch is polite, professional, and friendly.
Fine. Parking lot is a little odd.
The only pleasant things about this branch are the location and the ATM
