I have sold gift cards at unbank multiple times and have never had a problem. Went to this location early in the morning and some older woman working says she won't exchange it without a receipt. Which is not part of there policy and literally makes zero sense, who has receipts for old gift cards? She was rude and completely unprofessional. This location has been convenient because it is a24 hour location but I will not ever go back because I won't risk wasting my time because some employee doesn't feel like doing their job one night. Don't go here. To quote their website about exchanging gifts cards: "UnBank will buy those unwanted gift cards and get you cash on the spot! Simply bring in store credit or gift cards & your ID and walk out with cash. It’s that easy. We buy most gift cards from all major retailers- no questions asked."
Really upset. Room was hot. Waited 20 minutes to cash a check and then tell me they didn't want to take the time to find a number to call to cash it or something and now I cant cash it just a complete waste of time
