Ace SHOULD Have one clerk for loan stuff and one for deposit/withdrawl. Absolutely unreal wait times to just deposit money. 40minute wait for people to do loan applications so i can deposit money. Do yourself a favor and get an account somewhere else. Or have the clerks give the paperwork to people and have them fill it out on their own time not at the counter. I have been putting up with this for years. No more. Closing my account and going else where.
Cashiers are always friendly and remember me by name. Never any questions about transactions .They are really nice and have always been. I certainly have no complaints.
