The 2 stars are for the manager of the St Cloud location who can still manage to treat people with respect after a very long and busy day. Sadly, this is where the customer service stops. The corporate office has ZERO customer service skills. In a world where people can get a loan with the click of a button, its the customer service that will keep your customers coming back!!! If you want to be constantly interrupted, belittled, yelled at and basically treated like an insignificant POS, then you will love speaking with Corporate Office. If you would like to be treated like a person instead of a scum sucking bottom feeder then you want to come and see the managers of Payday America and Pawn America in St Cloud!!! They are awesome to work with!!
