If there was a '0' star, I would be picking it. A fee for checking cashing of a Bremer Bank check is absolutely absurd. So your telling me that I have to give you MY hard earned money for a check that YOUR BANK HAS THE FUNDS IN. It's disgusting. It's stealing hard working, good people's money. There is absolutely no way in hell I will EVER give you any of time, respect, or money. I will never recommend a bank to anyone that enjoys to take money from their customers. Bremer Bank is an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed.
I have been going to this bank to drop deposits for that last 6 months and it used to be extremely fast and everyone was super friendly. Now, every single time I need to drop a deposit I need to ring the bell, wait 5 minutes for someone to even show up, and wait another 10 minutes for my deposits to be processed. And if I don't ring the bell I could be waiting at the window for at LEAST 10 minutes before anyone even notices me! If this wasn't the closest bank to my work I would have taken my business elsewhere when they lost all of their good employees.
Worst experience ever!!! Teller doesn’t greet you even after being greeted. Doesn’t ask what you need so you have to tell him and then when verifying info sits back and gives you no information while you’re waiting. Therefore making you miss the people whom he left a message for because he called a general number and you could have called them directly therefore causing me to kiss deadlines.... Bremer Brooklyn center is bad but this was 1000% worse
I never have to wait when I stop in on my lunch break. In and out with good service.
