I've been banking here since I was a teenager, and I have zero regrets. The staff is super helpful, the rates are better than you get at commercial banks, and their fee structure is relatively lenient, in case you, say, accidentally forget to transfer money from savings to checking for a big purchase. They're not always at the forefront of online services, but everything else about them makes it worth it to be a little patient.
Best banking experiences I have ever encountered in my entire life. Been a member for about 5 years now and I have never had a negative experience. I would recommend them over and over again and have sent many people there for loans and simple banking and never heard one gripe. I give them 6 stars out of 5. Lowell, Amanda, Kelly and team always go above and beyond. Thanks for the great service!
Worst place ever. I had a vehicle loan here, the loan officer was great the teller staff sucked beyond belief and frustrated me each time I went there. Fast forward 2 years in which my loan has been paid off and they failed to send me the title lien card. I called and left 2 messages and no response 3rd time Iost it and demanded a response. Ridiculous. If you want a bank to treat you poorly go ahead and go here you'll be right at home.
