Vicki was very helpful and nice when I called. The website is confusing because it asks for an "account" number but you're supposed to enter the reference number that is on the letter they send you. After she told me that I was able to pay online and get my receipt easily. They're not bad people their system just isn't set up very well.
Started recieving calls every other day since Aug. Hard to believe it's a debt collection agency when I have no debts! Even if, isn't sending bills in the mail still a thing?
Very disgusting people. I'm contacting the attorney general to file a complaint. I paid my best to the company I owed and am being harassed by this disgusting woman named Lisa Johnson. She is so disrespectful and when you try to get information from on her she hangs up. I called several times to get information then she would hang up and threatened to call the police on me
