Was always very happy with Anoka location. Apparently Robbinsdale is different and unprofessional at least from 5:30 and after...I guess it was too close to closing time. I would not recommend doing this on line at least until they have the kinks worked out! This was my first time applying on line without assistance. I called for assistance at 5:32 at mankato location as listed on web site. 5:49 and apparently was hung up on two different times with Katie and Jen? In the middle of a call after she got my information apparently they just hung up. When I called back a man answered and said he would transfer me to the online person that I was just speaking with. He just started laughing and Disconnected me. This is personal information and I do not recommend doing this on line especially if you have to deal with unprofessional people at Robbinsdale location.
