Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Not too squeaky though. One catches more flies with honey and all. Excellent work by the gorgeous intelligent young lady behind the counter. Dark hair, slight. Warm. They made this hard man melt with financial joy! Watch out for her, shes goin places! Kudos to you, members. You're on the up and up!
Love the place! Been banking there for years.they are nice to me. not sure how people can rate them poorly! No business is perfect people just need to relax and be patient sometimes.
Made my last visit there after 10 years, I no longer care to go back. I found it frustrating to receive holds on payroll checks and constantly had problems with depositing checks through their mobile deposit app. When I voiced my concerns and stated they seemed to be far more frustrating than accounts I had at other financial institutions, I was told it was to "protect their customers". I found their "safety measures" to be very inconvenient personally. I miss Lake State, and it was time for this disappointed member to find a financial institution that worked better with their customers.
Been having issues since they switched from lake state.. No costumer satisfaction at all I have alot of issues with this credit union after my card issue today..
I hate the long waits on the hold with a never ending message over and over and no one ever answers!! I just would like to hit 0 and have an live person help me get in touch with a associate!!
