I came in to speak to a banker when I told her what I needed she said she can’t do it right now because she has other customers. Am I not a customer? Horrible service.
Refinanced mortgage - was first directed to personal loans. After wasting an afternoon, was referred to the correct department. Met in person and explained we wanted to do application process in person. Had an online account set up. Started online account that makes the customer do all the work. Explained again, we want to do process in person. At this point we gave up, gave in and finished online (after delivering hard documents to the branch at the request of the officer). It was great that closing could take place at our house... except no one showed up and we couldn’t get ahold of the officer. On the fence about continuing we agreed to continue and set up new closing where no numbers added up and we ended up shelling out an additional $1500. So we were originally quoted $3500 and ended up paying $7000. Have always gone local previously and thought it would be cheaper to go big. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I recommend Michelle Eder at old national. Update: Closing didn't factor property taxes into escrow and am now past due - when will this end? LOLZ

If I could put 0 stars that’s what they would get wife and I put a check in for 4,000.00 and and was told it would post witch it did ....then 2 days later her account was negative??? And she was told the check was fraud...... funny how that could be when it was a 401-k check and now we are left with overdrafts. And was told they will NOT cover anything! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this bank to anyone. Very disappointed in this bank for not even trying to make things right with a customer....vary sad we will be going to a different bank
They say that it takes a lot to want to switch banks because its such a pain in the butt to switch all of your accounts. That's a myth. Just go to the Monticello branch and you'll want to switch immediately!
