I had a great experience with Lanee who finally gave me a loan. I say finally because I had been in 3x before and dealt with a young lady that continued to turn me away because of my 'paperwork' she had this whole spiel on how my employers needed to verify my employment and what I needed. I told her I have been to Ace plenty times before and they never had a problem giving me loans and me paying them back. She stated that thats the reason staff change happed and all this extra stuff. She never approved me or even enter my info into the computer to approve me it was so degrading especially since I really needed some extra money to fix my car. It was like she was loaning me her personal money. Now when I walk into Ace if she's there I will definitely leave. In all the 3x I was there I never got her name because I was so disgusted all I know is she wore black framed glasses. Lanee literally approved me in 2mins with out all the BS
There system sometimes goes out more then enough. Fir instance, when I cash my check, the machine won't take my check alot of times. They scan it, it spits it back out like it never scanned it before. They have to keep scanning it at least 3 to 4 times.
