Originally left a poor review, but went back and gave them another chance. Wow what a difference, I was waited on fairly quick and acknowledged. Salesman was fantastic, prices are pretty good and will shop here again if I get the same great customer service.
Go to pawn America like everyone else on this review been saying they offer you more. I went there to max it to sell a chain saw they offers me 30 less than pawn America. I argued my point that it was worth more. to the tall skinny dude with the beard but he wasn’t going.
Amazing staff, fair prices on both items sold and purchased. Exceptuonal and personalized service provided by staff compensates for what can be longer wait times, as other customers are helped and staff only having a single speed option at this location. Definitely recommending avoiding closing hours as " rushes" and last minute pawns often occupy staff attention, making a quick purchase, in and out, impossible... Just shop earlier .
The the young guy with the beard who is Always working I have to say is a favorite. No matter how many days he's there he is patient, knows how to handle situations and people which for being a pawn shop is not easy to please everyone. The older gentleman with the accent is good also I have to say he tries to give the best price and makes u feel like u are important. Thanks you guys for ur good work!! Helpful and means allot when items that are our own Are personable.
Huge waste of time I drove specifically here bc they used to pay more. Now they were subtly rude and took twenty minutes to low ball me with a ridiculous offer. I work in retail I could tell they judged me from the moment I walked in and messed around wasting my time for whatever reason. They're petty and not worth the trip. Hope you enjoyed my first negative review!
