Disappointed with the process from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, I was very discouraged. Communicating with Joe P was an absolute nightmare. He didn’t meet with me prior and I felt pressured and rushed through the process with literally NO clue what was happening. Many many many emails unanswered other than him stating I was not approved and did not provide a reason. He seemed too busy to care about my questions and concerns. He went MIA. He didn’t seem to care and I feel completely taken advantage of! I called the office and spoke with a compliance manager and eventually the owner, I believe. Not once did I feel like management cared either. He asked if he could have Joe send a follow up email with him copied on the email. Okay, great? *****Please train your officers to treat people like people.***** It wasn’t even about the results of the application, it was the way this officer treated me, how the manager didn’t seem to care other than the “reasons” I wasn’t approved. Do not go through this company if you want to feel secure in what you’re doing. Unless you enjoy talking to money hungry robots, then go for it. I would never recommend this business. I’m disgusted that I even have to write a review like this.

Keith and Suzy were great to work with! Quick to respond and communicative. There were a couple times I had to correct them on the closing price after negotiations, which was a bit of a large oversight, but that's why you read the documents yourself, eh? Other than that hiccup, they have my vote!
Waste of time!! Brian Havlin needs to take a class on communications; full of broken promises and very little substance. He doesn’t answer phone calls and it takes days With several emails just to get a response each time, only for him to act as if I am bothering him. With good credit scores and 20% down Brian proved what an absolute trash can he is within his own industry. Poor results, poor service. Complete waste of time attempting to do business with this man.
