I have been coming to this location for the last 6 months. I have never had a bad experience with the staff or the hours. Ashley has never been unkind or short with me, in fact i feel welcomed when i come in the door. Scott runs a tight ship here. Not only will i continue coming to this location, but i will and have suggestion freinds and loved ones to visit as well. Kudos to the staff of your exchange coon rapids.

Going into a place like this can feel overwhelming and not welcoming as you see the workers behind the glass but Toyo and Sheila were super helpful and really made me feel comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else for all of your financial needs. Truly outstanding professionals

Three times now I havnt been able to use this place because its not open when its suppose to be, the first time it was almost an hour after posted opening because a women forgot her keys. The next ashly was about 10 minutes late, then it took about 5 just to help me. After talking to people who also use this place, it seems to be normal practice. But after this last time, I can say i will never use it agian. I was going to call and complain but at this point im unwillingly to waste any more enegry on this place. I showed up a couple minutes before close at 5, the door was locked, but there was a man inside so i figured it was just an accident, both this man and ashly just stood there and stared for awhile till it hit 5. Then for some odd reason instead of the employee telling me she couldnt cash my check now, this guy comes to the door to. He almost instatly starts pushing me with his chest, i tried to tell him I was here before the posted close time and all i wanted was to talk to the person running the store, but he conitued to play bouncer. After about the fourth time he shoved me I just pushed past him in hopes maybe he had nothing to do with her, but i was wrong, it was her friend. After that he harrassed me out side and pushed me to engage. After an exchange of a fews words i left and called to see if there was a way to get ahold of the owner or a time i could call the store. Ahhh the best part the employee telling me I couldnt talk to anyone higher up, not anwsering me question at all, just a simple you can't. It wasn't until I made a real fuss she even started to say something else, the dumbest part is she told me to get a hold of the police if i didnt like the way they acted. She tired at all cost for me not to involve the owner or a manager. So if no one is allowed in the place at that time, why is he in there ? Why is a person who isnt an employee or have anything to do with the place speaking for it and pushed me? Why does it seem so hard for her to have the store open when it should be? Why was i told tp gp to the police when simply trying to gp to the owner and why is she letting this person harasse long time customers? Dont really need a respone, at this point i just want the owner to know how his business is being ran when hes not there.

Always greeted by the professional staff with great pleasure. Alivia always treats me with the utmost respect. They even put up with my coin counting needs, even at closing time, and they do it with a smile. Great job to all of your exchange employees. Plus they always suprise me with a treat before I leave the store, skittles or tootsie rolls are my favorite. Keep up the great service . Got ya on the 1% paul. Love this place.
