I went there about two months ago and asked for a withdraw for got my ID and the teller would not use my password. Instead of explaining the security of it she just had an attitude and said I'm not going to give you any of your money without your ID. She just walked away from me. The overall experience of the bank is a five-star but that experience made me rated at 2
