The only problem I had was waiting for my four digit PIN number in the mail that took a real long time. Other than that everything has been great since the day I opened up my account with financial one credit Union.
This credit union has not been good to me, my family, or our business. There is a bank teller that has been working at this location for years who has purposely harmed my personal credit by submitting inaccurate & negative banking information to the Trans union credit bureau. (Which is illegal) After the account was paid in full but not before.. I owed a small balance for 1-2 days.. I was unaware that the account was in the negative. However I paid it in full + deposited several thousand dollars. Withdrawing large amounts of money or depositing large amounts of money into and from my business account has always been an issue. They cannot seem to make international transactions work without me being inconvenienced for days and coming in to the bank. I will never use this bank again.
