I was so close to giving this place 5 stars and a really nice review based on the first two visits I made here. But BEWARE, the employees will not take credit for any mistakes they make on their behalf and it WILL screw you over financially no matter how much you did to do everything right. If you live paycheck to paycheck, don’t bother with this location. Go to a different location! And never EVER let them shred your paperwork for you, always keep all copies of your paperwork and always ask for new copies each time. They won’t tell you this but trust me, just keep all of your paperwork.

Usually pay rent here. Went to pay today there was an issue with the program made to pay rent. The lady working could not get ahold of anyone for tech support, which in my opinion is a bad way to operate a business. Not the lady workings fault she tried to call tech support and a manager and the tech support didn't answer and the manager had no answers and not even an apology. Left very unhappy.
Michelle was a dream, in a time where customer service seems like a lost art, she stands tall! She did everything she could to make sure we got our money from our check. Thank you for being a super employee!
