Awesome branch. Brandt the manager is very friendly and extremely helpful.
Dropped off my tax return almost an entire month ago and it just vanished. Nobody can explain what happened to it, even though i dropped it off in the drive thru. Havent heard anything back from them since so they obviously dont care.
Shannon Maorino is extremely hard to work with, she acts like your money is her money. What a poor experience and horrible representative for Usbank. I have been with Usbank for 12 years and this is unnacceptable.
