I came in and the banker i sat down with was unfriendly and uninviting. She cut me off while i was talking and made me feel as if i was an inconvenience. Thank u i wont be back to thos branch.
Drive-up tellers are fast and efficient.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have been banking here for over 5 years and it’s been nothing but awful the whole time. I can’t even use my own money. DO NOT BANK HERE.
This was by far the best Wells Fargo I’ve experienced. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The way the employees handled themselves was refreshing - i can tell the managers have things under control. I’ll be making this my primary location going forward.
We used to go to the Wells in Maple Grove but after a unfortunate teller incident (they did call to apologize but damage done sort of thing) we started using this location. I have to say this Wells Fargo branch has to be one of the best I've ever used and I've been a Wells customer for over a decade. Staff is friendly, service is fast, things are kept clean, no forced up selling techniques and convenient location. Hopefully they will keep doing what they are doing. :D
