Jessica is the best. she is so positive and uplifts your spirts . Her customer service skills are on point . She is awesome. I think she s so sweet to everyone. You can't help but leave there feeling as though she really just gave you a huge dose of her contagious positive energy . She truly has everyone s best interest in mind when she works with you. Thank you Jessica !! You rock !! Anyone that says different has no clue to the significant role you play in helping others out. Keep smiling and spreading the positive energy to eveyone you come in contact with !!!!!

I called and spoke to a female staff there on 3/1/19 stating that I am trying my best to make it in, but the weather is very bad and I was trying to make it from St.Paul to Burnsville.I asked if I could come in the next day and pay, one day late if I did not make it in time. She was VERY rude to me and told me this is the absolute last time she could allow that, I have NEVER been late before and was making a good faith effort to come in that day. Then went on to tell me they are getting new software that does not allow people to pay late. I called the the IGH location to ask the same question, they said sure no problem. The female staff I talked too was very rude and needs some customer service training. I've dealt with her in the store, and she is always rude in store as well.

I just had the best representative on the phone by the name of Tyler Raths,he went above and beyond for me today. Tyler was extremely professional,knowledgeable,helpful and a delight, and made this call very easy for me!! He definitely deserves recognition.:)

I came in and worked with Jessica and she is great with customers! Very professional and I will be returning to work with her again!
