This place is very hit or miss when it comes to good customer service. I don't like how some bankers are incredibly helpful and awesome to work with, while others seem unhelpful and stand-offish. I've never had any issues with the Tellers, except that some prefer to work slowly while others are a bit speedier in getting things done; hence the long lines. I've visited many branches, and this location can improve, but isn't as bad as others.
Don't bother calling their published phone number. The recorded message just tells you they don't answer the phone and you should call the 800 number or visit the web site. No way to call and talk to them to discuss anything or make an appointment directly.
Wait times are incredibly long. Management does nothing to help and sits in her office for hours while the line is to the door. When you finally get to a teller/banker they aren't helpful which makes you wonder why you were in line so long. I would 20 miles out of the way to avoid this branch in the future.
The worst U.S. bank branch I have ever been. Always long lines and wait times. They need to hire more people!
