What can I say, it's a TCF bank. There's been one in the area since I was born, and I think they've all been generally good. Only downside is that a lot of the customers like to get into arguments. It's usually the same reason though: they want to cash a personal, non-TCF check, and don't have any ID, signatures, or paperwork that's required to do so. Not really the Bank's fault.
The employees are always nice ready to help you with your banking!
When we arrived we asked someone who we needed to talk to for our business. She told us to sign in and we would be helped. After waiting and people who came in after us being helped we asked and the guy told us to go to the teller. Waited for no reason.

Went to close my account; the person closing my account never told me my direct deposit would still go through. HOW IS THIS CLOSING AN ACCOUNT?!??? If the account is closed there should be NO ACTIVITY! Closed is closed. Done! No more!
