Came in two day in a row to try and open an account. They were horribly understaffed and helped half a dozen people who came in after me with their personal banking issues while I sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half. When I was finally able to speak with the banker they wanted me to wait around for another hour. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend.
Their atm took $110 from me , and said machine error and then printed me a receipt with a number to call on it . Called that number and had to file a claim. Now I got to wait up to 14 business days for them to send me an envelope through the mail to see if I got “approved” of getting my $110 back. So they robbed me Of my Money and I’m not even sure if I am going to even get it back, still waiting on the envelope
One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. Can't even be bothered to answer the phone.
Drove 30 miles to get a western union that there bank advertising they have... stood in line for 30 minutes when got to counter with papers... the old hag was rude and said that western union for banking customer only.... why isn't that on there website drove all the way there to get treated rudely.... I wouldn't go to that bank if it was last place on earth
